This wind chime was made from a crashed 80 MB hard drive from a Mac LCIII. The drive circuit board supports the disk (center) and a ribbon cable (below). Around this, hang four square tubes made from discarded 128K RAM SIMMs from upgraded Mac Pluses. Four SIMMs were glued together with super glue, to make each tube. In light wind, it makes a kind of "tink, tink" sound. When it's really blowing, it lets out the occasional good loud "CLANG".
Somewhere on that disk is a horror fantasy novella that would have made Stephen King shudder but if you want to see something really scary, check this out...
